How can I redeem my points?

Redeeming is easy! You can redeem voolit points while booking service with a professional during payment. You can either make the full payment using points or use points and pay the remaining amount online.

My voolit points have been deducted but the transaction failed, what to do?

In case of any failed transaction, the voolit points redeemed will be refunded to your voolit Account within 7-10 business days.

How much is the value of voolit Point?

1 voolit point is equivalent to Rs 1.

How do I cancel & reschedule my booking?

You can request for cancellation of your booking & reschedule it for another time slot without any extra charges. However, you are allowed to reschedule the booking 24 hours before the booking time.

If my booking is canceled, when I will get back the amount?

Once the booking is canceled, the refund will be initiated within 2 days & it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. In case the refund is not reflected in your bank account, please get in touch with us for such delays.

I have not got the refunded amount even after 10 days, what do I have to do?

You can write an email to our support email ID with your booking no. and we will take necessary actions with our payment gateway & your bank to get back the amount.
